Laminate (MFC/HPL/SGL)

MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard)

Best for: Dry environments with light to moderate use

MFC panels are manufactured from moisture-resistant chipboard faced with decorative paper and a melamine resin surface. This creates a durable, cost-effective finish suitable for lower traffic washrooms. Panels are 19mm nominal thickness with ABS-lipped edges for protection.

MFC is a practical choice for offices, commercial buildings and other low-use environments where style and value are important.

Available in 34 laminate colours and across all Venesta V ranges.

HPL (High Pressure Laminate)

Best for: Busier washrooms and higher traffic environments

HPL panels feature a high pressure laminate surface made from multiple layers of kraft paper bonded together with phenolic resins, finished with a decorative layer. The laminate is then bonded to a moisture-resistant chipboard core, creating a panel that is more resistant to impact, scratches and general wear. Panels are 19mm nominal thickness with ABS-lipped edges.

HPL is commonly specified for schools, universities, offices and shopping centres, where washrooms experience heavier daily use.

Available in 34 laminate colours across a wide range of Venesta cubicle systems.

SGL (Solid Grade Laminate)

Best for: Wet areas and high vandalism environments

SGL is a solid laminate panel manufactured from layers of kraft paper bonded with phenolic resins under heat and pressure, forming an extremely dense and durable material. It is fully waterproof and highly impact resistant. Panels are 13mm nominal thickness with polished radiused edges.

SGL is ideal for leisure centres, stadiums, transport hubs and other demanding environments, where durability and hygiene are essential.

Available in 34 laminate colours with both standard and bespoke sizing options.

Colour Coat

ColourCoat is our vibrant range of contemporary spray painted colours, with an MDF core. Doors and pilasters are 35mm nominal thickness, partitions are 18mm nominal thickness. Doors, pilasters and panels finished in ColourCoat have a gloss value of 20%.

Edges are sprayed with a coat of primer and finished with 20% gloss pigmented lacquer.

Note: for V3 ColourCoat products, any colour from the RAL Classic Colour Chart can be chosen (except fluorescent or metallic).

Colour Coat High Gloss

ColourCoat High Gloss is our vibrant range of contemporary spray painted colours, with an MDF core. Doors and pilasters are 35mm nominal thickness, partitions are 18mm nominal thickness. Doors, pilasters and panels finished in ColourCoat High Gloss have a gloss value of 80%.

Edges are sprayed with a coat of primer and finished with 80% gloss pigmented lacquer.

Note: for V3 ColourCoat High Gloss products, any colour from the RAL Classic Colour Chart can be chosen (except fluorescent or metallic).

Solid Surface

Solid Surface is a proven blend of minerals and acrylic polymer that delivers a stone-like appearance with consistent colour and long-lasting durability. Its non-porous nature makes it low maintenance, easy to clean, and resistant to impact and thermal shock. The result is a material that combines practicality with a premium, luxurious finish.

Our Solid Surface vanity units and washtroughs are available in a wide choice of finishes. Standard colours are included as part of our core range, while premium colours are marked with an asterisk (*).

Our real wood veneers are split into price brackets, with Group 1 being the lowest and Group 3 being the highest costs:

Group 2: American Black Walnut (Crown Cut), American Black Walnut (Straight Grain), European Oak (Straight Grain), Fumed Oak (Half Crown), American White Oak (Straight Grain), Teak (Straight Grain), Wenge (Straight Grain)
Group 3: Ebony (Straight Grain), Rosewood (Crown Cut)
