Fully compliant, tried and tested.

A speedy and simple installation maintaining the integrity of rear fire walls and acoustic rated walls. Box sides rebate into an extruded aluminium frame providing a flush, easy to clean surface. These units also avoid the need to co-ordinate aperture sizes and positions with a partitioning contractor.

Part of the Vepps Healthcare range, the Boxed-Out Units are metal-framed, pre-plumbed systems with hinged and lockable access panels with discreet and tamper proof panel locks for maximum security.

MFC

For dry environments with low risk of vandalism. Panels are manufactured from 19mm nominal thickness high performance moisture-resistant melamine faced chipboard. Post formed vertical edges with 1mm matching or contrasting ABS horizontal.

HPL

For more heavily used washrooms, panels are heat, scratch and impact resistant. Manufactured from moisture-resistant melamine faced chipboard with high pressure laminate, panels are 19mm nominal thickness. Post formed vertical edges with 1mm matching or contrasting ABS horizontal.

SGL

Solid grade laminate is extremely resistant to impact and all surfaces are impervious to water. Panels are 13mm nominal thickness with radiused and polished black edges.
Panels

Panel sections fitted to subframe with zinc plated steel clips with butt joints fitted with zinc plated steel dowel clips and mating nylon dowel-docks.

Available in 34 laminate colours.

Sanitaryware

Sanitary appliances are pre-fixed and sealed to Vepps Boxed-Out units, unless stated otherwise, and rigorously tested.
Panel lock

Micro panel lock in polished stainless steel to provide a tamper proof security fixing to the duct panels.

Subframe

Subframe tie-back system using M8 zinc plated steel tie-back rods and supporting bracketry in zinc plated steel.

Linear-bearing hinge

Hinged access panel using riveted linear-bearing hinges in zinc plated steel and nylon with riveted panel ratchets in zinc plated steel allowing 10 different opening heights.

Manufactured from 19mm nominal thickness high performance, melamine-faced chipboard with ABS edging, they are the ideal solution for dry environments with a low risk of vandalism. Although designed for dry room environments, our MFC toilet cubicles and panelling are nonetheless manufactured from high performance moisture-proof chipboard. Our MFC toilet cubicles and panelling solutions are available in 34 different laminate colours.

HPL

Our high pressure laminate (HPL) washroom cubicles and panelling are the affordable solution for more heavily used areas. Heat, scratch, impact and cigarette burn resistant, our high pressure laminate toilet cubicles are available in 34 different laminate colours. Manufactured from moisture-resistant chipboard faced with high pressure laminate; panels are 19mm nominal thickness with edges lipped with ABS. Across our entire range of HPL toilet cubicles and panelling, you will find the quality is uppermost. Our HPL washroom cubicles are installed in schools, offices, shopping malls, universities, or wherever there is a need for a hardwearing, robust toilet and washroom solution. Manufactured from tough, 13mm solid grade laminate, our SGL toilet cubicles and panelling meet the most stringent specifications of durability and hygiene. Our SGL washroom cubicles and panelling are totally impervious to water and available in 34 laminate colours. Offering maximum resistance to vandalism, our SGL toilet cubicles and panels feature polished black radiused edges, and are a nominal 13mm in thickness.
