Venesta's COVID-19 Business Continuity Strategy

In order to ensure we minimise any potential disruption to deliveries to our customers and ensure business continuity, we have implemented the following measures with immediate effect.

We understand given the current climate that it can be a worrying and uncertain time for everyone. With this in mind, we have been closely monitoring the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak including the advice provided by both the NHS and the Government.

As a company, we are pleased to confirm (at the time of publication on 19th March 2020) that we have no reports of any cases of our own employees contracting Coronavirus. 

Whilst no business can insulate itself against this type of risk, our priority is to protect the health and wellbeing of our people along with staff of our customers and suppliers.

In order to ensure we minimise any potential disruption to deliveries to our customers, and ensure business continuity, we have implemented the following measures with immediate effect:

Internal operations:

• A strict Hygiene Policy is in place across all our sites.
• Office staff are working on a split rota mixing working in the office with working from home. Our systems allow staff to work remotely but remain seamlessly in touch with our customers.
• Shift patterns are being changed to stagger staff interaction.
• All travel and internal/external meetings are restricted.

Supply chain:

• None of our key suppliers are reporting serious delays or interruption in their ability to supply due to COVID-19. The situation could of course change, depending how they are impacted by the virus.
• We have built stock to ensure supply continuity.
