Venesta takes part in the Kent Christmas Box Appeal 2024.

We’re thrilled to have taken part in the Kent Christmas Box Donation Appeal for the second consecutive year.
The appeal has grown from helping a single charity in 2014 with 32 boxes, to over 600 boxes this year! It’s an opportunity for us as a team to give back to the community and support local domestic violence refuges, fostering services and children’s charities by gifting Christmas presents to disadvantaged children across Kent.
We loved being a part of the special appeal last winter, so were very excited to be involved again this year. A couple of months ago, we were all provided with the first name or initial of a child along with their likes and interests for us to put together a box or sack perfect for each child.
From babies celebrating their first Christmases to teenagers, putting together each box and sack was a personal and thoughtful process with gifts ranging from sensory toys, clothes, hair and beauty goodies, sports equipment, Lego and even a telescope for a space enthusiast! We collected and packed each child’s gifts ready for them to open on Christmas Day morning, helping to make special memories to last a lifetime.
We’re so pleased to announce that with help from some of our family members and our Accredited Installers, T-IPS, we were able to provide Christmas gifts to 41 disadvantaged children across Kent. We are thrilled to have beaten last year’s total of 36!
