Unity Full Height toilet cubicles in High Pressure Laminate (HPL) were specified in all male, female and accessible toilets across the 6 floors. HPL is an ideal choice for more heavily used washroom areas as it is heat, scratch and impact resistant so will withstand the demands of busy commercial washrooms. Unity has a flush-fronted, floating appearance that is simple and striking, ideal for this Grade A office development.

Complementing the toilet cubicles, Unity Full Height was also chosen for the shower areas. With full height doors, pilasters and partitions this popular cubicle range offers increased privacy for users; ideal for public showers. Termini’s 19 shower cubicles were specified in Solid Grade Laminate (SGL), a tough water resistant material that guarantees longevity and quality.

A key consideration in high footfall washrooms is safety. Unity cubicles feature emergency release indicator bolts, allowing access to inside the cubicles in the event of an emergency without the need to remove or damage parts. Meanwhile, the cleverly engineered hinges allow the doors to be set to fall open or closed when not in use. The shower doors fall open when not in use to indicate vacant cubicles, while the toilet doors fall closed for a continuous, elegant design.

Our metal framed non-plumbed washroom panelling system, Frameduct, was specified for the WCs and urinals. The sturdy metal-framed panelling system makes for quick installation while the 90° linear bearing hinged panels offer easy ongoing maintenance. Elevating the high end look of the office washrooms even further, a bespoke herringbone design was routered into the SGL panels.
